Day 13 - Send a Letter to a Mass Murderer

I have a choice from:

Richard Ramirez - aka ("The Night Stalker")
David Berkowitz - ("Son of Sam")
Peter Sutclifte - ("The Yorkshire Ripper")
Dennis Nilsen
Edmund Kemper - ("The Co-Ed Killer")
Charles Manson
Angel Resendez - ("The Railroad Killer")
Theodore Kaczynski - ("The Unibomber")
Robert Lee Yates Jr. - ("Teh Spokane Serial Killer")

So, I have class today - why don't all you people who frequent my journal leave a "vox" about who you think I should write my letter to. When I get back this evening, I'll send one out.

Day 12 - What's your type?

Ok - so I'm starting this back up again - it was a little difficult to keep it up while I was going through finals, but now that a new semester has begun - I should have enough time to keep this up. :)

What's Your Type?
(page from "This Book Will Change Your Life")
I thought you all might like to be able to print this out and use it yourselves...just in case you need it at a later date. :)

Here's my type:
My Type?
I do seem to go for the "Sleazeballs" when I get drunk - so maybe I should carry this around with me when I go drinking...just as a reminder. :)

Home is where the heart beef is

I've always been proud to say that I originally stem from Montana - and when I went home this weekend and saw this sign along the road, Les Schwab Free Beef my heart swelled a little bigger. Missoula, Montana - what a truly wonderful place it is - you can fly fish, attend college, go hiking, and apparently receive "free beef with the tires you buy". Not only are there signs like this one all around town, but the commercials are played constantly as well: With Les Schwab himself (who's OBVIOUSLY eaten a bit too much of that free beef), and cuts to shots of people digging through a freezer packed with little white, butcher wrapped packages.....

Ahhhh...Montana and all its glory. I highly recommend visiting - especially in the fall, the maple trees that line the University drives produce the most amazing, brilliant, red and orange tones you will ever see in your life. And if you just so happen to blow a tire while you're there, make sure to get a new one in town, and receive your free beef (complements of my good friend Les).

Oh now I'm back...from outer space....

Home sweet home - my lungs *cough* missed the sweetness of the Los Angeles air *cough*.

So it seems that finals are over - and I believe I've managed to maintain my high gpa - woo hoo. I start school next Tuesday (2 days from now), and I'm spending my weekend off in Montana - I must say, it's probably the best way to maximize relaxation during my short "break" between semesters. I love coming home - especially when I don't have to actually DO anything. It's relaxing and mellow, with a twist of lime.

I'm off to take a nap - a pleasantry I rarely get to enjoy in California...if my brain isn't racing, the cars outside are...

See you in a few.

Oh yeah...

I walked into one of the bathrooms that I put up the "Out of Order" signs in - and they're all still up...I mean, come on...it's been how long?!

Maybe with the California deficit, they couldn't afford the signs, and they really needed them. So, not only was I completing a task, but I was helping out my fellow school with lack of funding. Go me!

Get to Know Those Around You Day

Today, introduce yourself to someone you know but never speak to:

Examples:

A neighbor!
Talk about:
The weather
The fence
Other neighbors

A Colleague!
Talk about:
The coffee machine
The boss
Other Colleagues

A shopkeeper!
Talk about:
The local area news
Freshness of produce
Other shopkeepers

A local hooker!
Talk about:
Prices
Possible Discounts
Other hookers

Have fun - the sky's the limit!!!

Addiction Free Day

Your body is your temple. Cut out addictive substances for the day and see how much purer you feel.

This one is going to be easy - I don't drink caffeine, smoke or anything like that - so maybe I'll just vow to only drink water today. :)

Side Note

I've been neglecting my duties to post - it's been a busy week at school. No excuses though - I'll post when I wake up (this) morning. :) See you in a few hours!!!

P.S. I need to fix my archives - I'm too lazy to find and read how to fix it - someone just tell me how to do it!!! (please) :)
