Home is where the heart beef is

I've always been proud to say that I originally stem from Montana - and when I went home this weekend and saw this sign along the road, Les Schwab Free Beef my heart swelled a little bigger. Missoula, Montana - what a truly wonderful place it is - you can fly fish, attend college, go hiking, and apparently receive "free beef with the tires you buy". Not only are there signs like this one all around town, but the commercials are played constantly as well: With Les Schwab himself (who's OBVIOUSLY eaten a bit too much of that free beef), and cuts to shots of people digging through a freezer packed with little white, butcher wrapped packages.....

Ahhhh...Montana and all its glory. I highly recommend visiting - especially in the fall, the maple trees that line the University drives produce the most amazing, brilliant, red and orange tones you will ever see in your life. And if you just so happen to blow a tire while you're there, make sure to get a new one in town, and receive your free beef (complements of my good friend Les).
